I just left Weber a minute ago and had to write a review asap. I had a broken tail light and thought I was being so clever by buying an after market replacement. Well, after checking with 3 different collision places from palm harbor to a dunedin, they all said they would not install an aftermarket part. I happened to drive by Weber and thought I would try one last time. Mind you this was on a Friday afternoon at 4pm and there were customers in the waiting room. I assumed I would have to come back. But to my surprise and utter delight, I wasn’t there but two minutes when Russell appeared with a big smile, and swapped it out within 30 seconds. I had to hug him I was so happy and relieved. Thank you Weber. You have a client for life and will refer you to everyone I know!!
